A loan facility granted to individual borrowers for the purchase of secondary plots within residential complexes that have established cooperation with PT Bank China Construction Bank Indonesia Tbk., with conditions ready for the Sale and Purchase Deed execution.

Special Requirements

Borrowers are required to submit a statement letter declaring that within two years from the loan agreement date, construction must commence on the purchased land.

  3. Early repayment penalties apply as stipulated in the Credit Agreement.
  4. Collateral property may be repossessed by the Bank in case of borrower default or failure to fulfill obligations under the Credit Agreement

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Indonesian Citizen (WNI) with legal capacity.
  2. Minimum age: 21 years at the time of application; Maximum age: 55 years at maturity for employees, or 65 years for entrepreneurs/professionals.
  3. Minimum of 2 years of continuous employment, with permanent employee status required for salaried applicants.
