Accelerated Repayment

Repayment of part or all of the credit made during the fixed interest period + 2 years will be subject to a fine of 4% of the amount to be repaid.

 

BENEFIT

Multipurpose Loan Take Over

  1. The customer may enjoy a renewed fixed interest rate period along with an additional credit limit that can be used for various personal consumption purposes.
  2. Customers may enjoy a loan tenor of up to 10 years.
  3. No prepayment penalty applies.

 

RISK

Multipurpose Loan Take Over

  1. An increase in interest rates during the floating interest rate period may result in higher installment payments.
  2. Late installment payments will be subject to penalties and may negatively affect the loan collectibility status of the Customer as reported to the Financial Services Authority (OJK), thereby impacting the Customer’s credit reputation.
  3. Customers will be charged an early repayment penalty in the event of partial or full prepayment, with the applicable fee and period stipulated in the Credit Agreement signed by the Customer.
  4. The asset or property pledged as collateral may be repossessed by the Bank if the Customer fails to fulfill their obligations as stated in the Credit Agreement.

 

REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES

Criteria that must be met

  1. Indonesian citizens who are legally competent.
  2. Minimum age of 21 years at the time of credit application and a maximum age of 55 years at maturity for employees or 65 years for entrepreneurs and professionals.
  3. Minimum work experience of 2 years and permanent status for employees.
  4. Businesses that have been running for at least 2 years for entrepreneurs or professionals.

  1. For the multipurpose loan take over facility, the customer / prospective borrower is required to be covered by Credit Life Insurance.
  2. PT Bank China Construction Bank Indonesia Tbk cooperates with multiple partner insurance companies that can be selected by the customer / prospective borrower.
  3. The insurance enrollment procedure shall follow the provisions set by the respective insurance company.
