Referring to:

1. Financial Services Authority Letter No. SR-247/PB.31/2025 dated December 1, 2025 regarding the Application for Approval of Replacement of the Director in Charge of Compliance of PT Bank China Construction Bank Indonesia Tbk;
2. Decision Letter of Board of Commissioners of Financial Services Authority Number KEPR-244/D.03/2025 dated December 15, 2025 regarding the Results of the Fit and Proper Test of Mr. Andreas Herman Basuki as Compliance Director of PT Bank China Construction Bank Indonesia Tbk;
3. Decision Letter of Board of Commissioners of Financial Services Authority Number KEPR-245/D.03/2025 dated December 15, 2025 concerning the Results of the Fit and Proper Test of Ms. Suryati Budiyanto as Director of Commercial & Retail Banking of PT Bank China Construction Bank Indonesia Tbk; and
4. The Results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders with Notarial Deed No. 170 dated December 23, 2025, made by Notary Eliwaty S.H. regarding the Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders with the agenda of Changes in the Management Composition,

• The resignation of Mr. Agresius Robajanto Kadiaman from his position as Director of the Company; and
• The appointment of members of the Board of Directors of the Company, namely Mr. Andreas Herman Basuki and Ms. Suryati Budiyanto as Directors of the Company.
