Referring to The Results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders with Notarial Deed No. 33 dated 12 June 2026 made by Notary Hendra Justin Fu, S.H., M.Kn. regarding the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders with the Agenda of Changes in the Management Composition, approved the Changes in the Management Composition of the Company, namely:

• The resignation of Ms. Guo Meijun from her position as Commissioner of the Company; and

• The appointment of member of the Board of Commissioner of the Company, namely Mr. Shen Huayu as Commissioner of the Company.

  Thus, the composition of Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the Company whose term of office will expire until the closing of the Companys Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2028 fiscal year, is as follows:
